The passenger has the right to cancel the trip completely (all purchased tickets), or partially (return only part of the tickets).
Return of tickets purchased online can be done online in your Personal Account. A link to your personal account can be found in the e-mail sent to you with your tickets. Follow the link, enter your personal account by entering the Order number and PIN. In your personal account you must select the tickets you want to return.
Tickets purchased under special promotions are non-refundable.
Tickets purchased under special promotions can be exchanged for another trip by paying up to the full cost of tickets on the selected journey. You should notify about changes at least 24 hours before the departure time by sending us e-mail to email@example.com and indicate the ticket number, as well as the date and time of the new journey.
