How to buy and pay for Baltic Shuttle tickets

You can pay for your bus tickets online via the Baltic Shuttle Online booking system or in person at bus station ticket counters.

Online payment options

We accept payments in Euros (EUR) with zero added processing fees from Baltic Shuttle.

Credit & debit cards

We accept Visa and Mastercard issued by international banks.

Payments are secured via 3-D Secure two-factor authentication.

Click to Pay is supported for faster checkout without entering card details manually. Click to Pay is a unified global payment service created by major card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) that eliminates the need to manually enter card details during online checkout. After a one-time setup linking your cards to your email or phone number, you can complete purchases on participating websites in a single click by verifying your identity with a one-time passcode instead of typing in your card numbers and CVC.

Note on restricted payment systems: We currently do NOT accept cards from UnionPay, American Express, JCB, Discover, or Mir, nor Visa/Mastercard issued by Russian banks due to international banking restrictions.

PayPal

You can pay securely via PayPal without re-entering your card or bank details.

Direct Bank Payments (Bank Link)

We support direct payments via online banking through our SEB payment gateway. Supported Estonia & Baltics banks include: SEB, Swedbank, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele, URBO, Artea and others.

Alternative booking methods

If online payment fails and you experience technical issues with the payment gateway, you can purchase Baltic Shuttle tickets via our official ticketing partner TPilet.

Tickets can be purchased in cash or by card at bus station ticket offices in Tallinn, Saint Petersburg, and Pskov. Ticket sales close 15 minutes before departure.

We recommend buying tickets in advance at the best price. Tickets purchased via the Baltic Shuttle Online booking system can be exchanged or returned.
