Baltic Shuttle operates a direct daily bus service from Pskov to Tallinn, departing at 10:35. The journey from Pskov to Tallinn takes approximately seven hours and depends on the time required for border and customs procedures.
The bus route passes through the Kunichina Gora → Koidula border crossing, which is open to motor traffic. The service is operated by a single bus, without crossing the border on foot.

The bus departs from Pskov Bus Station (21 Vokzalnaya Street) next to Pskov railway station and arrives at Tallinn Bus Station (Tallinna Bussijaam at Lastekodu 46).
Services are operated by comfortable Volvo buses, equipped with a toilet, Wi-Fi and charging sockets. Saaremaa Vesi drinking water is available to passengers.
Travel from Pskov to Pechory, and from Tartu to Tallinn, is not possible on this service. Travel from Värska Sanatorium to Tallinn is possible.

The fare includes the carriage of baggage: one item of hand luggage (weighing up to 5 kg and measuring up to 45×35×20 cm), and one item of luggage (weighing up to 30 kg and measuring up to 180 cm as the sum of its three dimensions). An additional item of luggage may be paid for directly to the bus driver at a rate of €10 (or 1,000 roubles) per item.
Ticket discounts are available to children, young people and people aged 60 and over.
