Partial bus service cancellation through the Koidula border crossing starting February 24, 2026

Due to the decision of the Estonian government, the Koidula and Luhamaa border crossings will switch to a new operating schedule starting February 24, 2026: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

This schedule is expected to last until May 24, 2026.

Since evening and night traffic through these checkpoints will be closed, Baltic Shuttle and SKSauto are forced to cancel the following bus services starting February 24, 2026:

• No. 950 Tallinn — Pskov, departing at 4:50 PM
• No. 950 Pskov — Tallinn, departing at 3:30 PM
• No. 950D Tallinn — Pskov — Saint Petersburg
• No. 950D Saint Petersburg — Pskov — Tallinn

Passengers on cancelled services can exchange tickets or receive a full refund (only through a dispatcher). Tickets purchased on the Baltic Shuttle website can be exchanged independently through the passenger's Personal Account.
