Estonia and the Europe switch to winter time on October 26

Daylight Saving Time will end in Europe on the night between Saturday, October 25, and Sunday, October 26, 2025, and will return to standard time (also known as winter time) one hour later. In Estonia, the clock change will occur at 4:00 AM local time (from 4:00 AM to 3:00 AM on October 26).

From this point on, the time difference between Tallinn and the time zone of St. Petersburg and Pskov will be minus one hour, resulting in a change in arrival times for bus trips on these routes (departure times are always local and do not change). Daylight Saving Time has not been implemented in Russia.

On buses from Tallinn to St. Petersburg and Pskov, arrival times will be one hour later, while on buses from Russia to Tallinn, arrival times to Estonian cities will be one hour earlier.

Domestic bus schedules in Estonia remain unchanged, and passengers can get an extra hour of sleep tonight.

Please be mindful and take seasonal time changes into account when planning and traveling.

Winter time in Estonia will last until 3:00 AM on March 29, 2026.
