Tallinn — St Petersburg night service cancellation from 1 May

Dear passengers!

We would like to inform you that according to the decision of the Estonian Government dated 18.04.2024 from 1 May the Narva border crossing point will change from 24-hour operation mode to a shortened one. The border crossing point will work daily from 7 to 23 hours.

As a result of this decision, Baltic Shuttle cancels the following bus services from 1 May 2024:

  • Tallinn — St. Petersburg at 21:45
  • St. Petersburg — Tallinn at 23:30

Passengers can change or refund tickets for cancelled service.

We offer ticket exchange for morning and afternoon bus trips, the schedule can be found on our website.

You can exchange tickets yourself in your account, more information about ticket exchange.

To exchange tickets by our staff, please provide us with the following details for each passenger to e-mail info@balticshuttle.ee:

  • ticket number
  • date of birth
  • travel document (passport) number
  • full telephone number
  • e-mail address
  • date and time of departure of the new bus trip.

In case of refund, money for cancelled service will be refunded in full.

If you wish to return the tickets, please inform us of this decision to e-mail info@balticshuttle.ee stating:

  • ticket number
  • passenger's name and surname
  • IBAN account number and the name and surname of the bank account holder for the transfer of funds.

If all tickets in the order are returned, the funds can be refunded to the bank card or bank account from which the tickets were purchased.
